Khun Primme joined the firm in 2005.
She earned her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Thammasat University in 2001. Khun Primme studied International Commercial Law in the United Kingdom at the University of Kent, where she was awarded the Master of Laws (LL.M.) with high merit.
Before joining the firm, Khun Primme worked for one year with an international law firm in Koh Samui, focusing on real estate transactions and corporate structuring.
At the firm her area of practice has expanded to more sophisticated corporate and real estate transactions. Her contributions include structuring and drafting purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, management contracts, shares pledges, leases, and service agreements.
In additien, Khun Primme cenducts preceedings and formalities before various Thai regulatory bodies, such as Land Offices, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Ministry of Labour, and a number of civil and criminal Courts.
She also has expertise as a court interpreter and translator.
Khun Primme speaks Thai and English.
Khun Primme has passed the law examination and will be admitted to practice soon.
She has been a member of the Law Society of Thailand since 2007.
